These terms apply when you order from Akash Balti Tandoori, 148 Elson Road, Gosport PO12 4AA ("we", "us") through this website. By placing an order you agree to them.

Ordering

  • An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we are closed, an item is unavailable, or your address is outside our delivery area. If we do, we will tell you and refund any payment already taken.
  • Please check your order, phone number and address before you submit. We cannot be responsible for a late or failed delivery caused by wrong details.
  • Menu items and prices may change. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

Delivery and collection

  • Delivery and collection times are estimates, not guarantees. Fridays and Saturdays are busier and may take longer.
  • Delivery charges and the minimum order for delivery are shown at checkout.
  • Please be available at the address and answer your phone. If we cannot reach you after a reasonable attempt, the order may be cancelled and charged.

Payment

  • You can pay by card online or by cash or card on delivery or collection, where offered at checkout.
  • Offers and discounts have their own conditions, for example some apply to cash payment only, and cannot be combined unless stated.

Allergies and dietary needs

Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, milk, eggs, mustard, fish, shellfish and other allergens, so we cannot guarantee any dish is free of them. If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, please tell us when you order and call us on 023 9258 9035 before you place your order.

Problems with your order

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally the same day, so we can put it right. This does not affect your legal rights.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password private. We may close an account that is misused.

Using this website

Please use the website only for placing genuine orders. We are not liable for any interruption or errors in the service beyond our reasonable control.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies. See also our Privacy Policy.
